Rockstar U.S. Unclaimed Property Finder - Privacy
This app does not collect anything about you for itself. It has no account, no sign-in, no ads and no analytics, and it has no server of its own. Nothing you type is sent to us.
The names, city, ZIP and other search details you type, the results found, and your last search are saved only on your phone, inside the app. They stay there until you clear the results or remove the app.
To search, the app sends what you typed directly to official unclaimed-property sources: the California State Controller's site (claimit.ca.gov, including its public property-record files) and the official multi-state search (missingmoney.com). Those sites receive your search the same way they would if you searched on them yourself, and their own privacy policies apply.
Only if you tap them, links open other official state unclaimed-property sites, unclaimed.org, the California business registry (bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov) or Google Maps for a reported address.
Copy buttons put text on your phone's clipboard. CSV export saves a file to your phone's Downloads folder. The Android app asks for one permission, Internet.
The app does not file claims, does not decide who owns a property, and does not get around CAPTCHAs or other checks on those sites.
